On-premise Catering:

  • All served dinners are full service and include:
    • Choice of up to 2 entrees (additional charge for 3 entree's)
    • Choice of 1 salad
    • Choice of 1 starch
    • Choice of 1 vegetable
    • Dinner rolls and butter
    • Dessert available at an additional charge
    • Water service with meal
    • China, stainless, and glassware
    • 1 Service staff
    • Full bar service available
    • Parking available in lot directly across from Kobacker Room entrance
  •  Additional charges: Linen table covers $5.75 ea, linen napkins, $0.75 ea, Additional staff, $35.00 per hour (minimum of 2 hours).
    • Booking Deposit Policy - A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date.
    • Event Deposit – Once a menu and level of service has been determined, a confirmation will be prepared and a deposit of 1/3 of the estimated total will be due not more than 45 days before the event.

Balance Due – The balance due will be determined by the final count minus any deposits paid and is payable on or before the event date. The final count will be due 5 days before the event date.
